Hopefully she is slaving away at the stove as we speak, as last year her jams were hot property.

Geelong Organic Gardeners are joining us at Ecofest.
They describe themselves on their website as ‘ a friendly, diverse group of people who share a common interest in gardening organically, and working with nature rather than against it.’
Come along some members on the day and chat with them about things like – composting worm farms, seed raising and other garden related things.
Their stall will have produce from members gardens along with home-made jams, cakes, plants and seeds.
Their website provides information and links to upcoming events.
One event in the next few weeks to get along to would be
‘An Introduction to Edible and Sustainable Gardening’ at the Vines road Community Centre on September 25th. For more details visit www.gog.org.au
Probably many of you have tasted these award winning goodies! You’ll have the chance to take home some more from the ecofest market.
Camille will be selling her locally grown and preserved jams, chutneys, sauces and pickles along with some handcrafted sewn goods.
Lovingly handmade preserves using fresh local products with less sugar and more fruit than most store bought preserves. Camille’s handcrafted items will store your knitting needles, crochet hooks, toy cars and pencils.
